Michelle Lowe

Michelle has been training with us for so long, that she found us in the phone book! Yep, she is our client who has been training with us the longest! The video says 13 years, but it's closer to 20 now!

Tim has been a member of TBFT for many years now. His daughter convinced him to give it a go, and for a while they trained together, and really enjoyed the common interest. Tim has had an amazing weight-loss result, and really worked hard to change some of his habits over the years.

Paul Craig

Paul is a pleasure to have around the studio, always so cheerful, and friendly, making an effort to chat to other clients. His attitude is positive, and we are so glad to see that his back pain has completely gone, and he's feeling so alive! You'll catch Craig consistently hanging from a bar at the end of every session to decompress his spine.
