Healthy Lifestyle Package

2 x 1-HOUR PT SESSIONS
$98 / WEEK
  • 2 x 1-hour Personal Training sessions per week
  • Initial free private 1-hour health & fitness assessment 
  • Personally tailored exercise program designed for you every 6-weeks
  • Fully customised exercises based on your needs, goals, abilities and injuries
  • Ideal for people who play other sports and have other active hobbies who need to supplement with strength training

Hybrid Flexible Package

1x 1-HOUR PT SESSION + 1 x 30-MINUTE GROUP TRAINING SESSION
$62 / WEEK
  • 1 x 1-hour Personal Training sessions per week
  • 1 x 30-minute small group personal training session per week (groups 5-12 participants per session), which can be slightly modified to your individual needs, injuries and abilities
  • Initial free private 1-hour health & fitness assessment 
  • Personally tailored exercise program designed for you every 6-weeks
  • Functional workouts targeting strength, cardiovascular health and mobility
